Every LeatherCult garment is handcrafted to order and typically takes 2 weeks to manufacture.

Once your order is ready, it is usually delivered within 2 –5 business days, depending on your location. We'll send you a shipping confirmation along with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order.

Ordering multiple items in the same shipment helps reduce the shipping cost per garment.

PO & APO Addresses

At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business delivery address when placing your order.

Delivery

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may use a Left at Front Door (LDFD) service where available and at their discretion.

Returns & Replacements

Every LeatherCult garment is handcrafted and made exclusively for you after your order is placed. Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy also applies to our ready-size garments, as they are individually made to order after your purchase.

If we make a significant error in the measurements compared to the size or measurements you provided, we'll gladly remake your garment at no additional cost. The original garment must be returned for inspection before a replacement is processed.

When body measurements are provided, we add appropriate wearing ease based on your selected fit or our standard tailoring practices to ensure comfort and mobility. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning garments for inspection.

As every garment is individually handcrafted, slight measurement variations may occur and are considered normal within the custom tailoring industry.

Leather Characteristics

Leather is a natural material, and every hide is unique. Natural variations in grain, texture, shading, markings, and color are part of the character and beauty of genuine leather. These features are especially noticeable in our vintage leather collections and are not considered defects.

For most zippered jackets and vests, the zipper pull is positioned on the left side.
