I had the trench coat be manufactured as a winter coat (thick goat leather, wool lining) and it worked out quite splendidly for a normal German winter in Hamburg. The cold got a bit through at some of the joints (shoulders, elbows), but the main body was well protected, although when staying outside for more than half an hour standing still, i.e. with little body heat produced, the back felt a bit cold as well. The coat itself looks great. Excellent craftmanship and sturdy construction. The thick goat leather started out a bit stiff, which probably should be expected, but after months of wearing it daily, it has become a bit more mellow. I can highly recommend this product.

I am very pleased with this coat. The leather is quality. I have only had this for two weeks and wherever I go I get compliments on its look. Shipping was quick and the packaging was excellent, as it protected the item from shipping damage. Great work! I only wish that it had a tie waist strap rather than a buckled one (the buckle seems to scratch the leather).

My honest review

The material type of leather wasn’t the exact same as Damon had in tvd it didn’t have that glossy look. The color of the jacket is light black and I wanted it to be black black so I wasn’t very satisfied and I’m stuck with the color of the jacket but overall everything is fine and well designed.
